Who we are
ClickVerdict is operated by TODO legal name in English (TODO tên pháp nhân (vd CÔNG TY TNHH ...)), tax ID TODO mã số thuế, TODO registered address in English. For click tracking data, we act as a processor on behalf of the advertiser who uses our service. For our own website and customer accounts, we are the controller.
Click tracking data
When someone clicks an ad that uses our tracking template, their browser makes a request to trk.clickverdict.click. For each such click we record:
- date and time of the click;
- IP address;
- user agent (browser and operating system) and accept-language header;
- referrer, when the browser sends one;
- the advertising parameters in the tracking URL, such as campaign ID, ad group ID, keyword, match type, device, network and Google click ID (gclid);
- the destination URL and the click ID we generate.
The click tracker sets no cookies and runs no scripts. We do not record what the visitor does on the advertiser's website.
Website and accounts
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, company and password. We store the password only as a salted scrypt hash, never in readable form. When you contact us we collect the details you submit: name, email, company, website, advertising budget range and your message.
When you log in, we set one strictly necessary session cookie so you stay logged in. It expires after 14 days or when you log out. Our website uses no advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use data
- Click data: to show advertisers their click log, detect repeated and invalid clicks, and produce IP exclusion lists. Legal basis: the advertiser's legitimate interest in protecting its advertising budget, and our contract with the advertiser.
- Contact data: to reply to you, set up your account and bill you.
We never sell data, never use click data for our own advertising, and never combine one advertiser's click data with another's except to maintain a shared list of IP addresses already identified as sources of invalid traffic.
Sharing
Data is stored on servers operated by our hosting provider and is accessible only to the advertiser who owns the campaigns and to our staff for support and security. We disclose data to authorities only when required by law.
Retention
Click data is deleted 90 days after the click. Account and billing data is kept while the account is active and as long as accounting law requires afterwards.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection and the EU GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to its processing. If you clicked an ad and want your click data removed, contact the advertiser or us; we will act on the request with the advertiser.
