Terms of service

These terms form an agreement between you and TODO legal name in English ("we") for the use of ClickVerdict.

The service

ClickVerdict provides a click tracking redirect, a click log and tools to identify suspicious clicks on your Google Ads campaigns. Flags are indicators based on the rules you set; they are not a determination by Google of invalid activity, and we do not guarantee refunds from Google.

Acceptable use

  • Use the tracker only for advertising accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
  • Do not use the tracker to redirect to malware, phishing, or content that violates Google Ads policies.
  • Disclose click tracking in your own privacy notice as required by the laws that apply to you.

We may suspend tracking links that violate these rules.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. If you exceed your plan's tracked clicks, redirects keep working; we contact you to change plan before any extra charge.

Liability

The redirect is designed so that an outage on our side can be bypassed by removing the tracking template; with Google Ads parallel tracking, visitors reach your landing page even if the tracker is slow. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
